Return & Refund Policy



We want you to be happy with everything you buy at trufflemansg  But like any other relationship, there may be some bumps in the road. Our policy lasts 1 day from the delivery date. If 1 day has lapsed or gone by since its been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do send your purchase back directly to the seller and call us immediately.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 1 days after delivery.  


Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you through email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if the refund is approved or rejected. 
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a discount of the same amount will be applied on the next purchase you make with us or it will be refunded using the original form of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
